Plunger Tips

Tejas Precion products manufactures ‘PLUNGER TIPS’ for pressure die casting machines. The plunger tips supplied  are made by special grade cast iron/H-13 steel having good hardness and strength. The materials are so selected that the tips will have enhanced life in terms by maximum shots per tip.

Special Types : 

PLUNGER TIPS’ special cast iron and Hi-hard alloy :

Tips made of hi-hard high conductivity special alloy wherein user can get up to 8-10 times more life per tip thereby effectively reducing the machine downtime for plunger tip changeover .

Machining :
The plunger tips are precision machined and ground to very good finish. Developed by metallurgists and manufactured in modern foundry and  machine shop with the state of the art equipments, the plunger tips will meet  quality requirements and give trouble free performance  to customers demanding quality and Performance at Low cost.
